In celebration of all our efforts this year to protect WA’s precious nature and wildlife, we’re holding a very special moonlight bushwalk and picnic in the jarrah forest.

Join us on Sunday 15 December 6 pm for an End of Year full moon walk in the Jarrah Forest with Traditional Custodian Daniel Garlett.

We will meet at the Northern Terminus of the Bibbulmun track in Kalamunda (crn Railway Rd and Mundaring Weir Rd) and enjoy a leisurely half hour stroll overlooking the vast Jarrah forest we’ve all been working so hard to protect over this past year and for countless years before.

Inspired by the forest and each other we will share food and drink as the moon rises and Daniel plays his didgeridoo by lantern (or torch) light.

Afterwards, join us at the Kalamunda Hotel, 43 Railway Rd from 9 pm for an end-of-year drink and celebration.

Please wear sturdy shoes, bring a warm jumper and insect repellant, a torch or lantern and something to eat and drink for our picnic at the overlook.

Please RSVP early as there are limited places for the walk and you don’t want to miss this special opportunity.
