It’s a fantastic way to learn about our local environment and become a citizen scientist, contributing directly to conservation efforts. All skill levels welcome! We need enthusiastic volunteers to help record sightings, take photographs for identification, and simply spot interesting plants and animals. Even if you just want to enjoy a guided survey through this incredible forest, your presence makes a difference.Bioblitz sign up Why This Matters The Julimar Bioblitz isn’t just about science, it’s about community action and conservation in one of Western Australia’s most threatened ecosystems. By documenting the forest’s rich biodiversity, we are contributing to real conservation outcomes, including efforts to reclassify Julimar State Forest as a protected national park. Whether you’re a scientist, student, bushwalker, photographer, or passionate volunteer, your presence makes a difference.
