HI All Hope all is well

You may (or may not have ) seen some poor signs down Sadler Drive advising the rezoning of Development Midland Road and Sadler Drive Lot 912.  I have shared some history below as well as well as the Link to make comment to the City of Swan.   In short, my understanding of the project is to further rezone the Land to allow Development of houses.  

We have opportunity to comment. I encourage you have your say.  Maybe one angle is the land could be rezoned Bush for Ever, I am of the view there is already too much traffic in the area and there is other land that is already cleared, so why clear more Bushland and Creeks. We should also consider a strong Lessons learnt from what has happened at Bushmead with animals and clearing of bush.

& if it is to go ahead a massive consideration needs to be given to buffer zones from the creek , buffer zones from the existing houses down Sadler Dive and the surrounding houses and streets , maintaining the same sort of sizing on the size of the Lots. Having sizes the same as our current properties and mixing in the setting of maintaining semi-rural setting. Many of these Items were discussed at the community meeting back in 2021. So as a minimum lets hold the developers to account, while we have opportunity to do so.
