As you may recall, the updated Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Act was passed in federal Parliament on 28 Nov 2025.

This is to let you know that new draft Nat’l Enviro Standard (NES) for MNES and Enviro Offsets, is open for public comment until 30 Jan: Have your say: draft National Environmental Standards – DCCEEW

This is very important opportunity, as it will govern what happens in the new enviro legislation taking us forward for a long time, so we invite you to have your say! NRPG is intending to make a submission.
