ACF Perth Community “Fighting Giants” Screening 14th June 2023

By Clive Stubbington

Dear NRPG members and interested,

For your information – a compelling documentary…

Kind regards,
Steve Gates

President, NRPG Bushcarers.

Please join us next Wednesday, June 14th at 7pm for a special screening of “Fighting Giants.” This powerful film delves into the impact of gas mining in the pristine Kimberley region.

With recent government approval for fracking companies to proceed with production in the Beetaloo Basin and proposed fracking in the Kimberley, it’s crucial to understand the potential effects on the land, waterways, and the Indigenous communities of the Kimberley.

Kirsty from Frack Free Kimberley will present the film and be available for questions.

Tickets are free but spots are limited, so please RSVP to this email or to [email protected] by June 12th.

Join us at the Tom Dadour Community Centre, 363 Bagot Rd Subiaco.

Don’t forget to bring a pen and paper or card to write a few words to your local MP or WA Environment Minister.

Oops! Before I forget we have our Kings Park Rehabilitation this Sunday too (lets hope the weather is sunny ☀️).

Kind regards

Maureen, Julie and Pippin
