Join us at the Woodside AGM Action 2024

By Steve Gates

24 April at 9am outside Crown Perth where the AGM is being held

Dear NRPG members and interested,

For your information (and action?) from the Conservation Council of WA.

The impact of these proposed new gas projects will have a massive impact WA’s carbon emissions and therefore follow-on effects on heating our planet, and of course our changing climate patterns.

Please try to make it. A very convenient way is to catch the Airport line train from High Wycombe

Kind regards,

Steve Gates

President, NRPG Bushcarers

Hi Steve,It’s that time of year again! The long-awaited Woodside AGM is just around the corner. We are inviting all environment and climate advocates, including yourself, to join us in protest!JOIN US AT THE AGM ACTION! While the climate crisis deepens, fossil fuel giant Woodside continues to double down on gas expansion at the expense of people and the planet.  From its plans to drill for gas in one of the world’s most biodiverse marine ecosystems – Scott Reef – to greenwashing its claims of emissions reductions, Woodside is a dangerous and dodgy operator. RSVP HERE! We need to apply public pressure on Woodside to hold them accountable for all their climate destruction! People-power is stronger than gas giants, so mark the day in your calendars!  Join us on Wednesday 24 April at 9am outside Crown Perth where the AGM is being held. See you there!  CCWA Fossil Fuels Team Join the Fight: Support CCWA in 2024!Go Beyond Gas is an initiative of the Conservation Council of WA. With your support, we’ll continue to be a bold voice for the environment, driving collaborative efforts in WA to ensure real, impactful outcomes.
