Dear NRPG members, and interested,

The Nature Reserves Preservation Group of Kalamunda invites you to our Speaker Evening and AGM – all welcome!

Date:               Wed 27 March 2024

Time:               6pm for 6:30 start (please arrive early to sign-in, pay membership fees if you haven’t already done so, and enjoy light snacks)

Location:        Kalamunda Hotel (upstairs), 43 Railway Rd, Kalamunda

Speaker:         Dr Giz Watson, Vice President, Conservation Council of WA on “Safeguarding WA’s EPA and Environment”

Membership renewal:

To vote at the AGM, you must be a current member. You can join at NRPG-Membership-form-9Feb2024a.pdf or join/renew at the AGM. See Treasurer (Cathy Akasha, formerly Bredemeyer) email below for details.

NRPG Committee nominations:

Bushcarers needs new people to invigorate the organisation, so please consider joining the Committee to learn more about our local Environment and have the satisfaction to be part of protecting it. It’s relatively easy, needing only a couple hours or so each month at meetings, and we generally take a break over December and January. We support new committee members to learn and be active with us. You may nominate for any postion up to 7 days before the AGM (using the form attached), or at the AGM for any vacant position not already nominated.

Other volunteers are needed in social media and community engagement events.

If you’d like to discuss being actively involved with us, feel free to contact me.

We look forward to seeing you, and feel free to invite others.
