I have prepared the draft submission on the South32 bauxite mining expansion Public Environmental Review (PER) to the EPA.

WA Forest Alliance and NJF Alliance (and others) have done an amazing amount of work to distil and create the Guide to help us all make submissions. (The PER is 800 pages and the referenced material another 1,000 pages or so!)

We do not have the time or knowledge to do our own analysis and comment, so I have simply acknowledged their work and points, and have basically copied their summary from the short Guide, with a couple extra points of our own denoted by asterisk *.
