RE: Update on 2 no. Petition submission received in relation to Development Application – DA24/0499 – Use not listed (water extraction) – Lot 12 (30) Foti Road, & Lot 6 (60) Repatriation Road, Pickering Brook.
The 2 no. petitions received as part of the community engagement on the application will be discussed at the April 2024 Public Agenda Briefing (PAB) Forum and Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) and is open to the public to attend.
Please note. the application for the Use not listed (water extraction) remians under consideration with the City’s Approval Services team.

Following the Public Agenda Briefing Forum, the petition will then be formally noted by Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting.
